Welcome to StreetCard. By accessing or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service Description

StreetCard provides users with a personalized website for their vehicle, accessible via a QR code included on a sticker provided after subscription. The subscription includes:

  • Creation and maintenance of a website dedicated to your vehicle.
  • Ability to upload photos and vehicle specifications.
  • Access through the QR code provided to the user.

2. User Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register and subscribe.
  • You must provide truthful and up-to-date information during registration.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

3. Subscription and Payments

  • Recurring payments will be automatically charged until the subscription is canceled.
  • Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • We reserve the right to change prices with notice on the website.

4. Use of Service

  • Content uploaded must comply with all applicable laws and must not contain illegal, offensive, defamatory, or copyrighted material.
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules.
  • Users agree not to interfere with the operation of the service.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All rights to the service, software, design, and materials belong to StreetCard or its licensors.
  • Users retain rights to the photos and information they upload, granting StreetCard a non-exclusive license to operate the website.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • We are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
  • We are not responsible for any damage to vehicles or the sticker.

7. Changes to Service or Terms

  • We may modify the TOS or the service at any time.
  • Updated TOS will be posted on the website and are effective immediately upon posting.
  • Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Cancellation and Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of the TOS.

9. Governing Law

  • These TOS are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Texas.
